How to use Xylocon

Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Tilt your head as far back as possible and hold the dropper close to the nose without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine in the nose. Bend your head forward for a few minutes.

How Xylocon works

Xylocon is a nasal decongestant. It works by narrowing the small blood vessels in the inner surface of the nose. This provides temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Quick Tips

It works right away and each dose provides relief for up to 12 hours.
The right way to use the nasal spray:
Avoid deep breathing as it will cause medication to go back to the throat and make it less effective.
Do not share the bottle with anyone else so that you do not spread germs.
Xylocon can make nasal congestion worse if used for more than 3 or 4 days in a row (called rebound congestion).
