ORSaline (SMC) - 25 Sachets

Description: ORSaline from SMC (Social Marketing Company) is a trusted oral rehydration solution that saves millions of lives every year in Bangladesh. SMC pioneered and launched ORSaline in 1985 when the death toll from diarrhea was rapidly growing among children, and reintroduced it as ORSaline-N with the new formula recommended by WHO and UNICEF in 2004. Each sachet contains the precise balance of glucose and electrolytes—sodium chloride, potassium chloride, trisodium citrate, and anhydrous glucose—to rapidly rehydrate the body and restore vital fluids and electrolytes lost due to diarrhea, vomiting, excessive sweating, or heat stroke. The reduced osmolarity formula is effective for patients of any age, including children and infants.
