How Femastin works

Femastin contains oestrogen (female sex hormone). It works by delivering estrogens directly into the vagina to relieve vaginal symptoms of menopause such as dryness, burning, irritation, and painful sexual intercourse.

Quick Tips

It can be applied to the external vaginal area or inserted into the vagina using the applicator provided.
It does not expose the rest of your body to the medicine, thereby avoiding side effects that happen more often with pills.
Do not have sex right after using Femastin as some of the medicine can be absorbed into your partner's skin.
Inform your doctor if you experience any vaginal bleeding or spotting, abnormal vaginal discharge or vaginal discomfort while using this medicine.
Do not use Femastin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of blood clots or heart diseases.
